The Solid-Colored Raincoat Lipstick pairs a full-pigment matte lipstick on one end with a clear raincoat lip glaze on the other — a silicone-based sealant that locks colour in place and adds a mirror-finish gloss layer over the top. Wear them separately or layer them together. Either way, the colour stays exactly where you put it.
