The package is damaged during transit

Share clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging
Send the request within 48 hours of delivery
Once verified, we will process an exchange for the damaged item
Exchange requests without proper photos or raised after 48 hours may not be accepted
No refunds are issued for cosmetic products; only exchanges for transit damage are applicable
