Gege Bear's Velvet Feels Tipsy Multipurpose Mud is a silicone-gel cream in a compact with mirror — designed to work on both the face and lips without any formula compromise. The SILICA soft-focus finish and CETYL ETHYLHEXANOATE emollient base give it a velvet, second-skin result that reads as genuine flush rather than applied colour. Six shades in a bear-illustrated white compact that lives in the first position of every makeup bag it enters.

Face and lips, one product — "Lip mud that can be used on the lips and cheeks" — the brand's own description. The formula blends effortlessly on cheek skin with a fingertip press-and-blend motion, and applies on the lips with a soft cream colour effect. One compact handles both.
CETYL ETHYLHEXANOATE base, not a volatile silicone — Unlike lip muds that rely on ISODODECANE to evaporate and set, this formula uses CETYL ETHYLHEXANOATE (15%) — a skin-conditioning emollient ester that stays on the skin surface. The result is a comfortable, cream-satin feel that does not dry down to a matte — it stays soft and touchable.

How to Use

Open the compact and use the included mirror to position the product if needed.

For cheek application: press a clean fingertip lightly into the product surface to pick up a small amount. Dab and blend in a circular or stippling motion onto the apple of the cheek, working outward toward the temples. The CETYL ETHYLHEXANOATE base blends quickly with body warmth.

For lip application: press a fingertip into the product and apply directly to the lips, starting at the centre and working outward. Build coverage with additional passes.

For a natural gradient cheek: apply more product at the centre and use less pressure toward the edges — the formula blends its own edges naturally.

Build intensity by repeating gentle applications — the formula layers without pilling or separating.

For a multi-use look, apply to cheeks first, then use the remaining product on the fingertip to add colour to the lips.

Patch test on inner wrist or behind ear 24 hours before first use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
